Presentation transcript:

1.Applicable for 245 Ltr & 285 Ltr model of KAS factory 2.Model start with VAL254,VAL294,KSL254,KSL Applicable for Less cooling / No cooling problem 4.Check the side wall heating taking place or not. 5.If yes then follow the basic gas charging process / other repair process 6.If No then check the ports Back cond outlet, Side cond inlet, Side cond outlet, front inlet are connected properly or not. 7.If yes then follow the basic gas charging process / other repair process 8.Identification for “Back out let” : a)Debraze the cond inlet + compressor joint b)Debraze all the U trap joints c)Put pressure from cond outlet & check the removal near U trap location. d)The tube from where the pressure is coming out will be the “Cond Back Outlet”. 9.Identification for “Front inlet” : a)Debraze the Cond outlet + Dryer joint b)Put pressure from Cond outlet & check the removal near U trap location. c)The tube from where the pressure is coming out will be the “Front inlet”. 10.Now make the connection properly 11.Follow the gas charging process 12.Check for final observation.

Side wall heating (Door Hinge side of ref) NO YES No Cooling / Less Cooling problem Applicable model : 245 Ltr & 285 Ltr Applicable factory : KAS Follow the basic process for gas leakage case / other problem Check “cond back out”, “cond side in”, “cond side out” & “front in” connection YES Follow the basic process for gas leakage case / other problem NO Identify the ports properly & reconnect Follow Gas charging processCheck for result
