Meet the team Jovita Lall, Director Masters, London School of Economics, UK Jovita founded iHR after extensive experience in understanding global best practices in HR. She has helped hundreds of HR teams across EMEA and the Indian subcontinent resolve critical HR challenges. Jovita felt a strong need to innovate several of the existing practices that led to the birth of iHR-Advisors. Mridu Bhutani, Global Advisor MBA, Fore School of Management, India Mridu joined hands with iHR-Advisors after several years of experience in both the finance and HR functions. Her dual experience helps our clients understand reasons and identify opportunities, for finance and HR to collaborate.
