Incentives system Target groups:  Teaching & Research (TRP)  Administration & Support (ASP)  Enterprise managers (MGRs) Inmediate Working Plan:  Collect from UPV the Spanish University incentive system  Collect also from University RESINT partners  Involve at least one Bank and one Assurance Company  Produce an incentives proposal that is attractive for TRP, ASP and MGRs and coherent with their practices 4

Career and placement services for RM competences Partner Universities will be encouraged to implement career and placement services for RM competences  Q: What management competences are unique/special for Resilience Management? Metaforum does not have a validated list of them.  Metaforum is starting to work with: –Career and Placement service of the UPV to include in the service Resilience Management Competencies –Valencian Agency for Evaluation and Prospective to identify what of their identified key competencies are applicable to RM.  University Partners experience and will be welcome. RESINT commitment is to implement the service in Partner Universities. 7
