POTENTIAL SOLUTION - SECURING SUCCESSFUL TRANSITIONS Vulnerable youth experience many points of contact from education, job training, social services etc. Lack of coordination and gaps between services reduces the likelihood for vulnerable youth to be successful in education and the labour market SOLUTION: Special programs for coordinating and integrating services across sectors. Using existing funds more wisely.

POTENTIAL SOLUTION: INVESTING IN EVIDENCE BASED SOCIAL PROGRAMS Danish cost-benefit analysis: Full implementation of evidence based methods lead to net income of 330 mill. Euro, reducing 8 % of total cost
