Nutrients & the Body

There is much information you can learn about nutrition. But only some of it is essential for making healthy food choices. You’ll be learning some of that important information in this class.

Group Work Six different groups. Your group will become the experts on one of the key nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. Format your chart paper to look like the Nutrient Template. Use the information from your group’s “Nutrients” reading sheet to complete the categories for your assigned nutrient. You will present this information to the class.
