This is going to be about animals from all over the world and their adaptations. Why: We chose to learn about animals and their adaptations because we both love animals. INTRODUCTION
Because the coral snake has bold patterns, the effect is other animals don’t touch it or eat it. The coral snake can hurt a person if threatened. CORAL SNAKE
Because the Pajama Sea Slug shows its real color when being threatened, the effect is that the pajama sea slug is protected from predators. The Pajama Sea Slug is our favorite because he wears pajamas! PAJAMA SEA SLUG
Because there are blood vessels in the Antelope jackrabbit’s large ears, the effect is that its ears help remove heat from its body. That helps him keep cool. THE ANTELOPE JACK RABBIT
Because the killdeer makes its nest in the open, where predators can see it, the effect is that if the young are in danger the bird will pretend it has a broken wing. THE KILLDEER
When caught the Regal Horned Lizard may shoot blood from its lower eyelid as far as 4 feet, the effect is predators will leave it alone. THE REGAL HORNED LIZARD
There are different ways that animals adapt to survive, for example the Regal Horned Lizard shoots blood out of its eyelid to protect itself from predators. Without the adaptations and ways animals protect themselves they would all die. CONCLUSION
