اقتراح خطة إستراتيجية للبحث العلمي للجامعة والتي ستشمل خطة لزيادة دعم وإنتاج البحث العلمي برامج الدراسات العليا خطة لتطوير مشاركة الباحثين والطلاب البحثية التعرف على الإمكانات والقدرات البحثية اقتراح مؤشرات للقياس (KPIs) والتي ستستخدم لقياس الأداء البحثي للجامعة وفق المعايير الدولية (Benchmarks) المختارة المرحلة الثانية سبتمبر - أكتوبر

قياس أداء البحث العلمي بالجامعة باستخدام مؤشرات القياس المقترحة التأكد من التنفيذ وفق الخطة الإستراتيجية المرسومة تحليل البيانات وتحديد أوجه النقص. المرحلة الثالثة نوفمبر - فبراير
