Financial Aid  FAFSA=free application for student aid  NEVER pay for the FAFSA  FAFSA is at fafsa.ed.gov  NEVER pay for the FAFSA

Financial Aid  Financial Aid workshop is October 10 at 6:30 in the Student Center on Young Campus  Beginning in January, we will have FAFSA filing opportunities for you.

Go to school for free! Say what?  TNAchieves is a last dollar scholarship for students attending 2 year institutions:  PSCC  RSCC  WSCC They are currently working on a partnership with Tennessee Technology Center over on Division Street.

So How?  The absolute deadline for TNAchieves is Oct. 4, They will not make an exception!  On line application this year at tnachieves.org  Requirements:  Attend the MANDATORY meetings  Jan 13 AND March 6, both at 5:30

HOPE Scholarship Application=FAFSA (fill this out AFTER Jan. 1, 2014) Requirements:  3.0 GPA or 21 on the ACT Benefits:  Up to a 4 year institution  Up to a 2 year institution

“Magic Money”  Scholarships!  Look at the scholarship notebook under the college tab on the SDHS website.  Complete your profile on legitimate search engines such as Zinch, FastWeb, Cappex. All of these are under the college tab on the SDHS website.
