Revenue Model

Target Audience Core Target Audience [Demographics/Psychographics/Geographics] Active and athletic college students, living around campuses with our venues, who likes to play games. Appeals to the Audience 1.Our app will provide a convenient way for them to book a venue with their campus gyms, basketball courts etc. for a sports game. 2.Our app also helps organize these games with fellow students and players.

Target Audience Reason to Target ●A community of college students is easier for our marketing campaign to target in order to acquire a number of base users. We can partner up with college sports clubs and various association to intensely target this specific community with different campus events and physical promotional materials. ●A big enough base number is crucial to the successful launch of our app and a collegiate community provides exactly that. ●College students in general have more free time than the working population and pay more attention to stay in shape and exercise. ●College students also are inclined to play more with fellow students, so the game-organizing function of the app will be appealing among a group of friends. ●College students are more attracted to and more usually take advantage of discounted packages and coupons.

Target Audience Extended Target Audience [demographics/psychographics/geographics] Both females and males, from age 18-30, living in neighborhoods with our venues, who are athletic, active, and health-conscious. Appeals to the Audience 1.With our app, they can have easier access to these campus venues near them with discounted prices by paying through our app. 2.With our app, they can also schedule games with friends or other players while conveniently reserving for a venue.

Target Audience Reason to Target ●People who are not in college have to pay much more to gain access to college sports facilities. Thus, the discounted price provided through our app will be appealing. ●And thus, this audience will be paying for all the venues which is our main revenue stream. ●It is also often inconvenient for this group to pay for these sports facilities because usually they ask customers to pay for long-term passes. ●For people who are working, it is extra difficult to schedule a sports game, especially concerning the fact that reserving a venue is often difficult. The convenience our app provides will be appealing.
