Plenary Session - Equal Transnational Network ADAPTABILITY*42  Share and standardise criteria, lines of action and methodologies to solve adaptation problems of companies and theirs employees.  Exchange innovative training models to deal with the specific needs of an economic sector and the people how work in it (women, people over 45 years of age and those who are in disadvantaged position in the labour market).  Draw up a guide containing best practice in innovative training models in each of the regions participants in this work group. Plenary Session - Equal Transnational Network ADAPTABILITY*43  The Work Group 2 is made of: ADAPNA (group coordinator), GESSCANT and SKY.  In the last 3 years of the project we have had 3 meetings of the WG2 : two in Spain (Pamplona 2005 and Santander 2007), one in Italy (Modena 2006).  During these meetings, it was agreed that we would come up wit a guide on innovative training models, their suggested structure and actions.
