Spectacular sea turtles

Introduction Do you like turtles? I do. I bet you will too. I picked this animal because I didn’t know a lot about sea turtles and I thought it would be a cool animal to research. Once I started to research about sea turtles I was glad I did. Turtles are cool! I hope you will have fun learning about them!!!

What I look like When I was little I came out of an egg that looked like a little ping pong ball. I was very small then, and I had a soft shell. But when I got bigger my shell got harder. When I was a full grown turtle I had these huge soft things that helped me swim. I think there called legs and arms. My shell helps me blend in because I live in swampy areas. I like how I look!!

Where I live I am found all over the world except on land and in very cold places. I can live in very big places or small. I usually live in deep oceans. We can live in shallow places too. I love my home! It’s great!!!

What I eat… What's eating me! I love my plankton and fish there soooooo YUMMY! I also eat sea grass, grass, leaves and fish. The only thing I need to watch out for is sharks, humans and whales. There mean. They EAT us. (It’s really mean if you think about it…) So PLEASE stop!! (If you’re a shark, whale or Human.) Thanks!!!

Fun Facts Did you know that large birds eat baby turtles when there born? It’s so sad. I know. Did you know why mama turtles have so many babies? Well I know. It’s because most of the turtles get eaten by those large birds I was talking about. It’s So sad. I know I know.

Conclusion Well, that’s my life! My favorite paragraph was the: What do you eat? What’s eating you? I hope you had fun learning about sea turtles! Bye!!!
