Team experiments want to share  Need to have good communication between team members that will help team members get support from another when there are something hard in their work.  Know your team members abilities that will help a lot for team leader when assign tasks for members and help the progress more quickly.  Check your team members progress frequently, has deadline for each member’s task will avoid stretch the time to do.
