The differences:  Career Paths are different.  ADNOIC give a school student chance to complete there secondary in there company, then when finish studying work their on the other hand ENOC don’t give any chance.  Recruitment police different because each company have different recruitment.  Difference in the production of each of the two companies.  ADNOC more branches of branches of ENOC.
