Panel Discussion: Multi-Faith Perspectives on Dignity of the Human Person

Panel Discussion: Human Person Islamic Buddhist Christian Aboriginal Traditionalist Hindu

Various Ways to “Group” Participants… Which participant choose to present in distinctive religious “dress”? Which participants actually performed some particular religious ritual as part of presentation? Which participants relied heavily on scriptural/holy books?

Various Ways to “Group” Participants… More abstractly… Given all participants seemed to want to promote some version of respect for the human person, what did they propose as a way of achieving this from their unique religious vantage point… was their a transcendent being central to their outlook/presentation? was their emphasis on human commonality or on need to respect diversity? was their emphasis a matter of looking outward or looking inward? did they tend toward pragmatic or idealistic solutions?
