 IWBAT analyze the Tet Offensive’s role in attitudes about war

 US destroyer gathering intelligence off of N. Vietnam was attacked by three N. Vietnamese torpedo boats.

 Gulf of Tonkin Resolution passed August 7, 1964

 Trail used by N. Vietnam to bring supplies and soldiers in to S. Vietnam  Went from N. Vietnam through Laos and Cambodia

 Tet is the Vietnamese New Year celebration (Happens February 10, 2013)

 Each year there was a two-day cease fire so Vietnamese could celebrate.
