Workforce Toolbox  Developed as an essential element of wider capacity and capability programme.  One stop shop for multi-disciplinary use of Workforce Transformation Tools, Templates and Resources.  Embedded within the eWIN Portal.  Multi layered, simple layout.  Will support staff at all levels in Workforce Development, Planning and QIPP modelling.  Launched in May to HRD Forum, communications to other forums to raise awareness  On-going development and identification of additional resources for inclusive and transferable use  CPD / PQL drawer under development 

Workforce Capacity & Capability Programme  Demand for workforce development, resource and content scoped throughout North West  Over 200 trained during 6 Regional Workforce Transformation and QIPP workshops  Train the trainer investment delivered North West wide to embed the learning by QIPP cluster  Workforce Planning event for Medical  Plan to develop areas lacking in Workforce Planning Tools and Resources; Commissioning Consortia, Medical staff, Multi-Disciplinary Teams, Chief Execs etc.  Phase 2 – Train the trainer programme completed  To include 2-day detailed operational planning workshop & further Train the Trainer workshop – End November
