Pancake is unleavened cake, which is produced by frying flour, milk and eggs, and that is especially popular in Central Europe. Takes the form of very thin pancake. I go usually filled (one side oiled and then rolled up or folded), the most sweetly. A typical implementation is a fruit, whether fresh or in the form of jam or compote.
Pies are traditional Slovak food. Prepared from potatoes, flour, eggs, salt and additives. A common accessory is a curd or jam the stuffing, bread crumbs, cinnamon and powdered sugar for sprinkling and butter.
Gnocchi are pasta, one of the traditional Slovak dishes. The main raw materials for cooking the potatoes, flour (and possibly egg). The best known are sheep cheese dumplings.
