Introduction Chosen Apartment Paying for the Apartment Roommates, Cost Split Furnishing Obligations Bibliography

Apartment Choice Belleair Place Apartments, Clearwater, Florida I chose this apartment because it is close to the beach and it is affordable for somebody coming out of college. It is also in a warm area and I like warm weather.

Paying for the Apartment I will help pay the rent, utilities, security deposit and food every month by getting a job with a steady paycheck so I can afford it.

Roommates I would most likely only have one roommate We would add up all the money we owe for the month and split it in half.

Furnishing We would furnish it as modernly as we could TV Couch Chairs Kitchen Table TV Stand Music Player Bed

Obligations I will be respectful to the property since it is not my own. I will follow the rules put in place by the landlord and pay my bills and rent on time.
