Check List for Managing Folders Always save your work to the S: Drive (Student Drive) and a USB. Write down your user names and password in your school planner. Check that you have taken your USB when leaving the room. Access your school as often as possible. 1
Folder Management Task Copy these same folders onto your USB. Access the S: Drive (if you can’t find your name on the S: Drive, use your USB). Create a folder for each of your subjects. You can create extra folders or sub folders if you think it is necessary. 2
Networks Task In groups of three, explain or define what a network is. Also, think about the wider use of what a network is; social (friends), personal (family), digital (computer/internet), or in business (employment). Each group should have a scribe or speaker. In around 5 minutes or so, record your groups answers using the free online mapping tool and copying it into your browser. Click and start “Brainstorming”.
