I have the gentle sociability of a butterfly with the passion and tenacity of a bulldog. My effective guidance and collaborative style brings results through building solid relationships and strong networks. USP and Brand Statement

Brand Strategy “The Identifier” “clicks” easily with others Can read a room Adapts to the environment Focuses on verbal and non-verbal cues

 Wardrobe – Approachable  Hair and makeup – Less fuss  Resume and cover letter  Social Media footprint Visual Identity

I have the gentle sociability of a butterfly with the passion and tenacity of a bulldog. My relaxed and open demeanor puts people at ease and opens up a line of synergistic communication. People are comfortable with me and relationships come effortlessly. I am a trusted and transparent team player that strives to cultivate collaborative relationships built on respect, loyalty and trust. I follow through all passions and projects to effective completion. Elevator Speech

Vision statement I will effectively and tenaciously advocate for fair and equitable education funding in Illinois. Mission statement Use my knowledge and passion to empower the stakeholders of Illinois to reform and strengthen public education for all through education, communication and legislation. Vision and Mission

 Balance – time and importance.  Integrity – Honor commitments to others and myself.  Courage – Stand up for my beliefs. Failure leads to success.  Communication – Emphasize 2-way connections.  Learning –Knowledge is power. Be open to new ideas and experiences. Core Values

The leader I will be is the leader I would follow. I believe an effective leader is empathetic and inspires those that follow her by promoting a strong work ethic that couples with work/life balance. A strong leader will clarify values and lead by example, never expecting more from those who follow, than she is willing to do. I believe a leader should empower others with an open exchange of ideas without fear of failure. This leader will respect individual talents and capabilities while motivating them to foster collaboration by creating a sense of community. Leadership Philosophy
