Presentation transcript:

It ends in an even number Example: 12, 48, 52, 60 Non- Example: 3, 47, 81

the sum of the digits is divisible by 3. Example- 15: 1+5=6 can be divided by 3 Non- Example- 16: 1+6=7 cannot be divided by 3

The last 2 digits form a number that is divisible by 4. Example- 816: 16 IS divisible by 4 Non- Example- 923: 23 is NOT divisible by 4.

The last digit is a 5 or 0. Example- 630, 45, 90 Non- Example- 42, 18, 33

It is divisible by both 2 and 3. Example- 12, 30, 36 Non-Example- 15, 26, 33

You divide the number and it is divisible by 7. (Sorry! No fancy trick here!)

The last 3 digits form a number that is divisible by 8. Example : 816÷8=102 Non-Example : 302÷8=37¾

The sum of all the digits is divisible by 9. Example- 1629: =18 can be divided by 9 Non-Example- 2013: =6 cannot be dived by 9
