One of the ways that can be made is to established the soft skills among the students Background Research Many efforts have been made to ensure that employment statistic can be reduce over the time. The unemployment among graduates is considered one of the most popular issues of all times.

The highest percentage employer’s real demand for hiring the worker is a graduates that are educated with all or most of the right skills for the job market which is 75%., 25% of employers agree that graduates that are educated with some of the skills for the job market, not even one employer agrees that graduates which are not educated with the right skills for the job market is suitable to hiring them.

Finding & Discussion The main causes which contributes to the problem of graduates’ unemployment QUESTIONNAIREQUESTIONNAIRE The column chart above describes the main causes that contribute to the problem of graduates’ unemployment. Most of the respondents totally agree that, bad performance in interviews is the main cause contributes to the problem of graduates’ unemployment.

Unavailable of the right skills are the main cause that contributes to the problem of graduates’ unemployment. Practicing in front of the mirror can enhance their communication skills. Have enough knowledge and read more articles that related to our research study to find a suitable one that is relevant to our study Learn more from literature about APA style, so it will be easy for to do the literature review Co-operation and time management is very important to find the right respondents and also to distribute all the questionnaires Conclusion & Recommendation
