Draft Selection Criteria (1) Scheme has direct benefit to peak hour journey times on a NI 167 route. Scheme has direct benefit to peak hour journey times on a NI 167 route which is >20% higher than NI 167 average. Scheme will have indirect benefit to peak hour journey times on a NI 167 route

Draft Selection Criteria (2) Scheme will have direct benefit on identified congestion hotspot (not included on NI 167 routes) Scheme can demonstrate congestion benefits to whole urban area although < 2% on any NI 167 route (higher score for NI 167 urban areas)
