“Learner”  Permit Phase: 15 yr. old “Learner”  Initial Licensing: 16-17yr. Old“License”  Full Licensing: yr. old “No Restrictions”

 Restrictions  No night driving: Sun.-Thur. 10pm – 6am Fri.- Sat. 11pm- 6am  No alcohol convictions or court supervisions  No Wireless cell phone use  Other common laws

 Restrictions  No night driving  Conviction free 6months before turning 18  1 st 12 months no more than 1 person under 20  No Wireless cell phone use  Other common laws

 Restrictions  No Wireless cell phone use until 19

 Consent for Permit & license if under 18  Practice  Access to teen driving record

 Court Supervision  Loss of driving for moving violation  Suspension for alcohol  Crash causing harm or death

 For serious traffic offenses  Only get 1  Must attend traffic school traffic school  Under 18 = Court w/ Parent

for moving violation:  Suspension for 2+ violations w/in 2 yrs.  Minimum 30 day suspension  May have to take a driving course

 Court supervision for  Possession, consumption, purchase, or receipt  3 months suspension  Convictions  6 months suspension
