History PepsiCo founded in 1965 by Donald M. Kendall and Herman W. Lay through merging their companies. Kendall was the president and CEO of Pepsi and Lay was the CEO of Frito-Lay.

History $510m in sales in first year Doritos introduced Pepsi adopts the red, white and blue packaging PepsiCo passes the one billion in sales.

Breath of Line Some beverage products are: Pepsi, Tropicana, Gatorade, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Aquafina and Mirinda. Some snack products are: Lays, Tostitos, Fritos, Doritos, Ruffles, Cheetos, and Walkers. Total of twenty two products above one billion in revenue in 2010.
