Quality Aspect University Council’s functions are to set university policy and directions and approve the delivery of programs of study in line with relevant HE standards criteria set by OHEC, i.e. HE standards criteria, TQF, and supervision through QA mechanism at the levels of study programs, faculty and institution. 21
