Internship Responsibilities Principal IT Technician Worked with Larry Grosskreuz and Richard Preslar in the IT department Data center and IDF closets
Internship Responsibilities Took inventory and documented all client network equipment on site Verified, replaced, and documented all labels for the cables and equipment in the data center Salvaged and documented unused and out dated network equipment Documented how to use various network equipment Cleaned and organized the data center and storage areas
Internship Class 6 credit summer class with USC – Time sheets, 400 hours – Journal/Facebook Posts – Supervisor evaluation – Research Paper Emerging technology within Fluor – E-Portfolio
Key Insights In the office: – Furthered my knowledge of networking and network infrastructure – First office job Beyond the office: – Lived on my own – Established a regular daily routine
