Intimacy means into-me-you-see

1. From intimacy flows fruitfulness John 15 verse 4 ‘ you can not be fruitful apart from me’

2. Intimacy means you can cope with suffering and persecution We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed 2 Corinthians 4v 8,9

3. From intimacy flows identity and character Now you are my friends John 15 v 14

The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighbourhood John 1 v 14 It’s a relationship not a formula
