Scratch Part 3 – Creating a level

What you will be doing.  You will make the first level to your game.  You need to think about the following when creating your level  Size of your character (you can make it smaller)  How much space you need between the lines of your maze to allow easy movement  Think about putting a wall around your level to prevent your character moving out of the screen.

Step 1 – Open your game

Step 2 – Click on the “Stage” option

Step 3 – Click on “Backgrounds”

Step 4 – Click on “Paint”

Step 5 – Draw your background

Step 6 – Click OK

Step 7 – Move your character

Step 8 – Click the Shrink button

Step 9 - Resize your character
