Make Self-Motivation a Habit Activity One: Activity One: –Scenario One – It’s after supper. You have a big assignment due tomorrow. You have the background work done, but you have time to put it all together so that it makes sense. You have enough time to get it done but you can’t get motivated. You are agitated; you can’t sit still, you keep rearranging things; you phone a friend. You even offer to do some chores around the house. You do everything except get started. All you can think about is, I really do not want to do this! How do you get yourself to do the work?

It’s not because you are tired or preoccupied, you just don’t want to be involved. How do you motivate your participate? Make Self-Motivation a Habit
