7 Habits Paradigms and Principles

Shifting our center Chart your day. Start with the time you wake up and continue through your daily schedule. Chart 1 week of your life including how much sleep you get. Where does your chart indicate you are most centered? Where do you feel you are most centered?

Reflection Covey suggests that principles help to balance our centers. This reflection requires you to problem solve. How can you make a paradigm shift in your own life to balance out your centers(haha oxymoron) more effectively? Basically, how can we shift our most dominant center to make room for the centers we love?
