Eat That Frog - Brian Tracy  If you have to eat a frog, eat it first thing in the morning as nothing else will be as bad for the rest of the day  If you have to eat 2 frogs, eat the bigger one first  Make up your mind to do it and then do it  Don’t waste time looking at it as it won’t become any more appealing  Cut it into small chunks as it will be easier to swallow
