9 Health and Well Being  Adequate sleep  Personnel with an acute infection should not enter O.R.  Vaccinations

11 Scrubs  Meet NFPA standards.  Laundered daily by hospital facility.  “Tuck-in” drawstrings and scrub top.  T-shirts must be worn

12 Scrub Suits  Personnel leaving must wear a cover gown or lab coat  Change daily, when soiled or wet  Warm-up jackets

13 Surgical Head Covers  Clean & lint free  Bouffant & hoodstyle preferred over skull caps  Completely covers hair & facial hair  Linen hair covers must meet standards
