Where to Ride Once you have the materials you need to find a large flat area to practice. It should be clear of any obstructions.

How to Ride the Bike 1.Start pedaling: hold onto the handlebars and pedal 2.Balance: sit up straight and go slow at first 3.Steering: try steering in one direction, then the other

How to Ride the Bike 4.Braking: once you have been riding for a few minutes, start to practice your braking. 5.Put it all together: do all of it at the same time.

One real challenge that bicyclists face is getting hit by cars. How to not get hit 1. Get a headlight 2. Get a horn and honk 3. Slow down 4. Wear bright clothes 5. Avoid busy streets
