Mandatory GRS REGISTRATION OR MAPPING WITH OTHER PANCHAYAT MODULE IN STATE DBA LOGIN

1. Login from GP

2. Once user login from GP, system will automatically check whether this panchayat has registered staff under marked GRS designations by state DBA or mapped marked GRS designations with any other panchayat. 3. If any of the above condition is true, then user will able to do data entry. Otherwise system will display one screen for user to either register staff under marked GRS designations or map marked GRS designations with any other GP. 4. In same screen, system will also display all marked GRS designations by state DBA in grid.

5. If user select Register option, then system will display staff registration Form which is already available under MIS System.

6. User register staff under marked GRS designations with Aadhaar No or Without Aadhaar No. If User register marked GRS designations without Aadhaar No and it is mandatory to verify staff by State DBA. 7. One user successfully register staff under marked GRS designations at this panchayat, system will automatically redirect user to data entry screen/index frame of GP.

8. If user select MAP Register option, then system will display screen to do mapping with other GP.

9. In mapping screen, System will display all panchayat name under login block in dropdown menu where GRS marked designation has already registered. In designation dropdown list, System will display all GRS designations marked by state DBA. 10. Once user selects GP and Marked GRS designation from the dropdown list, System will display staff names ( under selected marked GRS designation) in dropdown list. 12. Once user select staff from drop down list, system will display his basic details like name, -id, mobile no and his mapping status. User click on map button to map selected staff with this panchayat.

13. After mapping of staff under GRS marked designation with GP, system will automatically redirect user to data entry screen/index frame of GP.
