Develop guidance for electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) training program. HWG-8 TASK 8.3

1.Based on HWG-5 results, identify target groups for receiving the training. 2.Identify the content of the minimum required training for each target group. 3.Present the HWG-8 proposal to ATSRAC for approval (AC and Appendices) CONCEPT:

1.Identify the target groups based on their job on the aircraft. 2.Select the minimum training items for each target group. 3.Present proposal to ATSRAC for approval. 4.Update finished product as needed to insure harmonization with other ATSRAC HWG’s. WORK PLAN:

A detailed training program for each target group. 8 target groups were identified. (Note: 7 th and 8 th target groups are aircrew) Minimum training program content determined for each group. AC outlining the program and how to comply with it delivered to ATSRAC. DELIVERED:

The training programs are outlined in an AC to allow for easier revision if needed in the future. The training programs are outlined in an AC to allow for easier revision if needed in the future.
