Steps of making pastry 1.Sieve the flour,cut the fat imto small cubes. 2.Rub the fat in to the flour with finger tips,until like fine breascrumbs. 3.Add the liquid,mix to a dough. 4.Flour the table,roll the dough into 2- 3mm think. 5.Use sa desire.

Personal details and feedback This years is my last home economics lessons for myself so I feel very happy and very enjoyable.This lessons the teacher teach me to make the pastry.It is very delicious for our pastry.In the one lessone,the teacher teach me to make a puff pastry.I think the step is very different.Pastrise are made using flour,butter,salt and water.pastry rises up due to the combination and reciton of the flour ingredients and also from the air that gets between the layers.This is the step and the ingredient. Mix and sift the all-purpose flour and the pastry flour in a large bowl. Coarsely grate the butter or chop it into small pieces and add to the sifted flour. Toss the mixture while adding the butter so that the butter and flour are thoroughly mixed. Add water and stir gently with a fork. I like this lessons very much.I am very happy to know how to make this pastry!
