Overview of the Program Overview of the Program Revitalization Opportunities Program Through the Brownfield Opportunity Areas grant program provided through the State of New York, Hudson Falls will undertake part two of a three part planning study. End product: revitalization strategy for the community and a plan for redevelopment of key sites
