The client will lease out the resort for 3 to 5 years. Resort area is of ½ Acre (23,000 Square Feet). Total construction of resort 8000 square feet. 14 Room are constructed (Room size 225 Square Feet with fully carpet). 7 rooms are AC and equipped with 2 ton split Acs. Scope for additional 22 to 25 rooms can be constructed in next 3 months’ time if required. Resort power capacity is 44 KVA power. Staff Room is of 800 Square Feet (Dormitory). Kitchen is of 750 Square feet equipped with all amenities and equipment. Restaurant Area is of 900 Square Feet, 56 peoples Can accommodate at a time. Beer Shop License purchased of Rs. 5 Lacs (paid). Beer shop area is of 300 Square Feet. License for Beer and Wine only. Hard drinks are not allowed in Bordi, But guests can have the same in their rooms. Store Room is of 500 Square Feet. Bore well for 24 hours water, Government water supply expected in 2-3 months’ time. Contributed Rs. 1 Lacs for getting water tank nearby. Electricity problem is not-existent in Bordi, Invertor fitted which can manage tube light and fans.
