Science and Religion Revision Lesson 1

Reflection on the Unit In groups of three or four, discuss the sections of the unit and the bits you do not fully understand. After each section, your group needs to create a question to put to an “expert”. For example, “What does x mean?” or “How does x work?” or “Which Christian teaching best applies to x?”

Catch Each Other Out! Create a 5 question quiz choosing questions that others will struggle to or will not be able to answer. Make sure you know the answers though! You will quiz someone else and then they will quiz you. Note which questions you both get right or wrong and at the end see whose quiz was toughest by the amount of incorrect answers. The winner is the one whose quiz brought about the most incorrect answers !

Science and Religion Revision Lesson 2

All in the Details Choose one of the key concepts or theories from the unit (try to choose one you think is not so obvious, if you can) Draw the most detailed picture you can about it in four minutes and sign it. Then leave your whiteboard behind and move two places to your left. Sit down and see if you can identify which key concept or theory it is and write as much as you can about the one you think it is, i.e. what it means, how it works, what it applies to, who came up with that idea… Then, move one to the left and see if there is anything that is incorrect or needs adding to the information given by the previous person.
