My 13 th year plan Hi! My name is Patience Daigbe and I am a student at Kent Meridian high school. When I entered high school, my greatest hopes were to study English and get good grades. My greatest fears were to fail my class and not to get in trouble with my friends and the school. My greatest success in school was improving my English language because I did homework and studied hard. My greatest disappointment was failing my math first math test. I was upset and disappointed because I didn’t understand the test. I have changed and grown this year in the areas of English and listening. I thing I am getting better now in speaking and writing English because of my hard work and study. Next year I hope to improve my way of learning so I can be able to learn faster and behavior. I hope to be success student in school. After I graduate from high school, I hope to go to college and find a job. Right now at school I am studying English, math and reading these will help me to be a successful after school. My long tom goal is to be become an actress and a good citizen and this will help me in my future.

 Which color combinations make text the easiest to read?  How much text should you put on a slide?  How should images and text fit together on a slide?  What kinds of images are best?

 You can change the size of a text box by clicking and dragging on the tiny squares on the outside of the textbox. Watch the video to see how this is done.

Save the picture you want in a folder where you can find it. Insert a new slide. Click on the picture icon inside the text box. Select the picture from your folder. Change the size of the picture by clicking and dragging on the tiny squares on the outside of the picture frame. Important: Hold down the shift key when changing the size or the picture will get distorted. Click on the picture above to watch a video.

 Create text  Insert image  Right click on image and select “Send to Back”  If the text is not visible, right click on the text box, select “Format Shape”  Under fill select solid fill.  Choose your color, apply transparency to be able to see the image behind the text box.
