Framing The Session You already know how to create documents and download files on your computer. In this session you will learn how to organize your computer so it is easier to find files and information.
Using the Finder Window On a MAC, the “Finder” window is where you can find all of your files, applications and documents.
Organizing your files with Finder There are three ways to view your information within the Finder: List, column and icon views.

Choose the color you would like to use from the File Menu in the Finder Window.
Guided Practice Now you will have a chance to practicing making and naming a new folder. Drag a document into the folder once it has been created. Change the color of the new folder.
