Focusing Questions How are files and folders organized on a computer? How can we create a system to organize files and folders on our computers?

Instruction

Framing The Session You already know how to create documents and download files on your computer. In this session you will learn how to organize your computer so it is easier to find files and information.

Using the Finder Window On a MAC, the “Finder” window is where you can find all of your files, applications and documents.

Organizing your files with Finder There are three ways to view your information within the Finder: List, column and icon views.
