In my unit plan I will first discuss the move to the New World and the hardships that the Europeans faced when they landed. I will then discuss the role of John Smith in the New World. I will also discuss the Native American encounters by the Europeans and the exchanges between them. Finally I will discuss the outcome of the move and how it led to important events in American history, such as the Pilgrims venture to the New World and other successes of America.
