 Enhancement of postgraduate programmes  Attract more students through significant improvement in degree completion rate without compromising quality.  Enrichment of academic programmes 11

 Eradication of start date for research Ph.D. programmes. Thus admission forms for PhD programmes should be available all year round.  Provision of incentives for staff who publish in high impact journals to deepen research works carried out in our University  Enrichment of academic programmes 22

 Central computation of results is most desirable and should be implemented.  Curriculum review should be done routinely to ensure that EKSU’s programmes meet the needs of the society  Enrichment of academic programmes 33

 Introduction of compulsory annual seminar presentation for academic staff  on a monthly basis  should be tied to annual increment/promotion.  Such should promote academic excellence and as well enrich our academic culture as a University.  Enrichment of academic programmes 44

 Re-structuring of students’ research projects to meet current needs of the society  Improvement/overhaul of laboratory equipment to state of the art level which should facilitate cutting edge research works  Enrichment of academic programmes 55
