Background
Boss: We need a YouTube page. Me: We don’t have any videos. Boss: We need videos. Me: We don’t have a camera. Boss: We need a camera. Me: There’s no room in the budget. Boss: Just get it done. Me: Will do.
Problem
1.The company’s YouTube page and website need video content. 2.There’s no budget to hire a professional. 3.There’s no budget to buy a camera, or video editing software. 4.The videos need to be created and posted, yesterday! 5.No team. No help. Just me.
Solution
1.There’s no video content available, but we have plenty of pictures and graphics. 2.I have experience writing marketing copy. 3.We have no video editing software, but I found Animoto.com. 4.No time to waste, so I can complete the project at my desk, in one day.
