This is the home page of co.za. co.za Once managing agents and owners have been issued with user names and passwords, they can login by clicking on the “members” tab.
By simply entering a user name and password (which are case and space sensitive) and then by clicking on the “Login” tab, you will enter either the managing agents portfolio, or owners specific building area. If your password has been forgotten, you can enter your address and it will be sent to you.
This page gives you four self explanatory options. Most importantly being the “Your documents” option. By clicking here you will be taken to a list of document categories to choose from. The “Chat Room” and “Survey Manager” options are very easy to use.
These categories are as seen by a managing agent. Owners will only see their own building. “All STC members” includes documents for every managing agent and all owners of all buildings using STC. “Take on Forms and Documents” are available for the initial registration process. Each of the managing agents’ buildings in their portfolio using STC are listed. By clicking on any of them you will be taken to a list of sub categories for that building as can be seen on the next page. Each category pertaining to a managing agent is preceded by that agents unique code. The “All” category is where the managing agent provides documents that will be of use to any building in their portfolio.
By selecting any of the sub categories of a building in your portfolio, you will be taken to those specific documents listed. We will click on “Insurance” to demonstrate.
All that has to be done is to click on the document that you would like to view (in this case Mews insurance policy). The date that it was loaded to the site is also visible. Various download options will then appear on the screen.
