New Learning for the 21 st Century “The 21 st century will demand much of students – as employees and as citizens. To a great extent, people’s ability to work with technology and with each other will determine their success as both. So technology... needs to be an everyday tools for teachers and students.... Technology is no longer a frill; it’s as basic to education as the textbook and the ruler.”
