Family Involvement Checklist The Family Checklist was designed to help teams evaluate their progress in involving families in PBIS. This checklist should be considered often as teams do their planning. The checklist looks at many areas of family involvement.

The Checklist will address……. Climate Communication with Families Family Involvement in Learning in the Home Family Involvement at School through Volunteering Family Involvement in Decision-Making Community Involvement

Activity/Family Checklist 1.As a team talk through and then complete the checklist. 2.Identify 1-2 key areas that you will address before the next training. 3. Begin working on areas that you identify.
