WFP Initial EFSA Learning What is the work plan about?  Work plan will serve as a roadmap for the entire assessment process  It consists in:  mapping the different phases and related tasks to be carried out along the process, and  planning for corresponding resources necessary, and approximate time and duration for each.  This is thus the time to set-up the teams and consider how to organize with partners 4

On the contrary, the limited time available makes it all the more necessary to carefully set up activities so as to make the best use possible of staff, time and other resources.
