SM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON® Page 2 CONFIDENTIAL: FOR INTERNAL PURPOSES ONLY July 24, 2004 FIDVR Event 5:02 PM July 24, 2014, 115 kV bus connection equipment at Valley Substation failed resulting in a phase to ground fault. The fault cleared in four cycles isolating the number three 500/115 kV transformer bank. Immediately prior to the fault, Valley Substation recorded the load of MW of which 400 MW was lost during the event.
